Marina Gerzon

Marina Gerzon has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Marina started their career at Comverse in 2003 as a Customer Support Engineer Tier 4 before moving to AudioCodes in 2005. At AudioCodes, they held the role of Field Application Engineer where they provided on-site support for Service Providers and Enterprises. Marina then became the Team Lead of the Professional Services Group, leading engineers in software development and providing personalized support to key customers. In 2011, Marina joined Vidyo as the Developer Services and Community Lead, where they provided pre/post-sales software support and project management to clients across various industries. Marina later became the Professional Services Team Lead, responsible for managing technical aspects of custom solutions delivery. Marina also worked at Agora.io as a Developer Relations & Partner Engineering and Senior Solutions Architect, focusing on strategic accounts. Marina'sroles involved technical liaison, solution architecture, and API/SDK release documentation. Marina has consistently demonstrated their expertise in software development, project management, and customer support throughout their career.

Marina Gerzon attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
