Zheng Liang (Roger)

Zheng (Roger) Liang has over five years of work experience in various roles and industries. Zheng (Roger) currently works at Agora as the Technical Solution Architect Team Manager since October 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Solutions Architect at Agora from December 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Agora, Liang worked at Dell EMC as a Technical Support Engineer for two years, providing technical solutions and consulting services to global enterprise customers. Zheng (Roger) also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Agora and as a Financial Advisor Trainee at Liberty Partners Financial Services, LLC. Liang began their career as an IT Analyst Intern at FORD MOTOR RESEARCH & ENGINEERING CO., LTD. and as a Human Resources Intern at Siemens LTD., China.

Zheng (Roger) Liang has a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems, which they obtained from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from East China University of Science and Technology between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold certifications in VMware's Data Center Virtualization (obtained in February 2019) and Dell EMC's Information Storage Associate Version 3 (obtained in April 2017).
