Andrea Chacón Chávez is a seasoned consultant specializing in the measurement and evaluation of social programs. Currently serving as Gerente de Medición e Impacto at Agora Partnerships since October 2023, Andrea excels in managing monitoring and evaluation processes and guiding teams in qualitative research and data analysis. Andrea has held various consultancy roles at organizations such as Stone Soup Consulting, CONMEBOL, and the Inter-American Development Bank, focusing on strategic design and impact evaluation for multiple social initiatives. Additionally, Andrea has contributed as an associate researcher for REACIN and has extensive educational credentials, including a Doctorate in Social Sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UCAB.
