Svetlana Urbina is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Directora de Marketing y Comunicaciones at Agora Partnerships and Directora comercial/Co fundadora at Hybrid Honduras, Svetlana has also provided marketing consultancy services since September 2021. Previous positions include Directora de servicios a clientes at Digital Planning, Strategic Marketing Lead at DelNorte | DTV, and Coordinadora de Ventas Honduras at Oriflame Centroamérica y el Caribe, where Svetlana implemented national marketing and sales strategies. Additional experience includes roles at Fehmisse, World Vision, Corporación MCC, and the Ministerio de la Presidencia Honduras, each contributing to expertise in project management, resource mobilization, and brand management. Svetlana holds a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from Aden Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Católica de Honduras.
