Sébastien Gendreau began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Chef de Projet Entertainment at OUAT Entertainment. In 2009, they became a Marketing Manager at ETC International College. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at Bisquit Dubouché et Cie as an Assistant Brand/Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for the development of the brand's new identity, new packaging, and the preparation of a new website. In 2010, they also began their role as Head of Product and Marketing & Product Management at Agorapulse, where they were responsible for the product management process, feedback loop, internal communication, customer discovery, lead generation, lead nurturing, community management, open-graph/API Facebook, and CRM. In 2020, they became a Member at FrenchCPO.
Sébastien Gendreau completed their DUT Gestion des Entreprises et Administrations at IUT Poitiers from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Gestion and Marketing. Sébastien then attended IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Licence Sciences de Gestion in Management and Marketing. Sébastien then completed a Master 1 in Marketing and Communication from 2008 to 2009, followed by a Master 2 in Marketing Option Design et Packaging from 2009 to 2010.
