Yardayna Ben-Simon has a diverse work experience that includes roles in customer service, business development, marketing, teaching, and social media. In 2022, they were a Customer Success Manager at Agora RE, a Freelance Writer, and a Front Desk Associate at Barry's. In 2021, they were a Business Development and Sales Associate at Playback Marketplace, a Summer Women’s Forum Participant at Fisher Investments, and a Social Media and Business Development Intern at SFive Consulting. In 2020, they were VP of Marketing, Lead Ambassador, and Campus Ambassador at The Women's Network, a Social Media Intern at Abigail Nutrition, and a VP of Brand and Consultant for SafeUP at TAMID Group. In 2019, they were a Hebrew Teacher at Congregation Rodeph Sholom.

Yardayna Ben-Simon obtained their High School Diploma from Ida Crown Jewish Academy in 2017. Yardayna then attended Barnard College from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In October of 2022, they obtained a Spinning Instructor Certification from Mad Dogg Athletics\u00ae. Later that same year in November, they obtained a Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
