Shashank Jain

Shashank Jain is currently serving as General Counsel at Agratas, the energy storage division of Tata Group, responsible for managing the company's global legal, compliance, and secretarial functions. Prior to this role, Shashank held the position of Head of Legal at Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. and worked as Counsel at Trilegal, where Shashank progressed from Senior Associate. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Associate role at AZB & Partners, a Legal Fellow position at The Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinics, and an Associate role at Juris Corp. Shashank holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking and Finance from The George Washington University Law School, a B.S.L LL.B from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, and has completed the Tata Lawyers Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, as well as a CIPP/E certification focused on data protection and privacy from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
