Jeff Blackwell has held various roles in the technology and education fields since 1999. Jeff's work experience includes Operations Manager for Stockton Feed & Milling from 1999 to 2000, Data & IP Specialist for AT&T from 2000 to 2001, Business Owner for CMB TECH from 2001 to 2010, Business Owner for Comanche Motel & RV from 2010 to 2012, Data & Cable Tech for Baja Broadband from 2012 to 2013, IT Specialist for American Airlines from 2013 to 2019, Adjunct Professor for Hardin-Simmons University and Austin Community College from 2009 to 2013, and currently Director of Information Technology for Chef Rubber since 2019.

Jeff Blackwell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University between 1989 and 1993. In 2002, they completed a Data & IP Certified program from at&t in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Between 2003 and 2007, they obtained a Master of Science in Telecommunications and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Denver.
