Brian Hawthorne

Brian Hawthorne joined the company in August of 2022 as a Director of Corporate Finance. He is responsible for the company’s investor relations processes, in addition to responsibilities in financial planning & analysis, risk management, and environmental, social and governance matters.

Prior to joining Agree Realty, Brian worked for Exodus, a cryptocurrency company, as the Director of Finance. From 2017 to 2021, Brian held various roles at RBC Capital Markets including Assistant Vice President and Senior Research Associate covering net lease, shopping center and mall REITs.

Brian holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University.
