Marc Brandt

Marc Brandt joined the Company as Director of Property Management in 2015. In 2017 he was promoted to Director of Asset Management and again in 2018 to Vice President of Asset Management. He is responsible for the overall operations of the Company’s real property portfolio including asset management, leasing, as well as managing disposition activities. Marc brings with him over 18 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on asset management. He is a member of ADC’s Steering Committee.

Prior to joining Agree Realty, Marc was a Senior Manager of Commercial Real Estate at Friedman Management Company responsible for a real estate portfolio of over 5 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties in the upper Midwest.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Albion College. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
