Kristy Maurice

Kristy Maurice is the Vice President of Operations at Agreement Express, a global leader in SaaS-based business process automation, decision support, underwriting and contract management software for the financial services industry. Kristy has been with Agreement Express for 5 years and 7 months, starting as a Sales Development Representative and working their way up to their current position.

Prior to joining Agreement Express, Kristy was an International Visitors Programming Intern at the Northern California World Trade Center. In this role, they were responsible for identifying the underlying business impact of inefficiencies and legacy systems of prospective clients and partners. Kristy also worked with C-level executives to discuss challenges and determine business-product fit.

Kristy is a people manager and has experience onboarding, coaching and mentoring new hires. Kristy is also proficient in driving GoToMarket plans for growth equity-backed vision to redefine digital client onboarding. Kristy is passionate about helping financial institutions provide best-in-class digital advice to their clients.

Kristy Maurice has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from Fachhochschule Aachen, and a 4.0 from SF State University in International Business and Economics. Kristy has also passed the CFA Level II exam from the CFA Institute, and has completed the Queen's Foundations of Sales Management Program from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
