Adrian Lesmana

Adrian Lesmana has extensive experience in pricing and margin management, market analysis, and commercial systems. Adrian's most recent role was as Head of Pricing at AgriAku, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Pricing Lead for Aqua Feed at Cargill from August 2020 to April 2023, and Senior Manager of Pricing & Margin at PT Semen Indonesia from January 2020 to August 2020. Before that, Adrian worked at LafargeHolcim as Head of Pricing, Market Intelligence and Commercial System from September 2018 to December 2019, and as Pricing & Margin Manager from February 2016 to August 2018. Adrian also worked at Holcim Indonesia, where they served as Price and Margin Manager from October 2013 to January 2016, Senior Market Analyst from February 2012 to September 2013, and Market Analyst from May 2010 to January 2012. Adrian began their career as a Marketing and Research Analyst at Continental BioEnergy Singapore Pte. Ltd. in March 2007 and subsequently worked as a Marketing and Research Analyst at SABA Dinxperlo BV from July 2008 to December 2008.

Adrian Lesmana earned their Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management Studies (IBMS) from the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) in the period 2004-2008. Adrian then pursued International Business and Management studies at Poznan University of Economics and Business in 2007. Additionally, they completed the Strategic Thinking certification from LinkedIn and INSEAD's Business Strategy and Financial Performance certification in March 2022 and December 2022, respectively.
