Donald Taylor (Donnie)

Donnie Taylor has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Donald "Donnie" started their career in ABG as a Director from 1988 to 1990. Donald "Donnie" then joined Valent USA Corporation in 1993 as a Senior Director of Sales, where they were responsible for managing revenue and profits in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. At Valent, they led a department servicing all crop and professional markets. In 2010, they moved to Chemtura AgroSolutions as a Western Key Account Executive, focusing on managing major distributors and building strong sales relationships. In 2011, they joined the Agricultural Retailers Association as a Senior Vice President, overseeing membership development and recruitment. Donald "Donnie" later became a Vice President at the same organization until 2021. Throughout their career, Donnie has played key leadership roles in driving sales and achieving business objectives. Additionally, they were an investor in Alpha Omega Winery from 2008 to 2014.

Donald "Donnie" Taylor attended Tarboro Senior High from 1972 to 1977, but they did not receive a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during this time. After completing their high school education, they went on to North Carolina State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agronomy. Donald "Donnie" studied at North Carolina State University from 1977 to 1981, focusing on the scientific discipline related to crop and soil management.
