Debbie Morrow (GAICD) is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and governance within the resources and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Managing Director of Agrimin Limited since September 2023, and a Non Executive Director for multiple organizations, including GR Engineering Services Ltd, Miners' Promise, The Grief Centre of WA, and Holyoake since 2022. Prior professional roles include Projects Executive Lead at OZ Minerals, where a focus on sustainable mining practices was emphasized, and Vice President at Woodside Energy, responsible for health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Debbie Morrow holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Edith Cowan University and is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities through evidence-based practices and cultural transformation initiatives.
