Demi Mantas

Demi Mantas has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Demi began their career at Nordstrom as a Sales Associate, where they provided excellent customer service and worked collaboratively with a sales team. Following this, they interned at PepsiCo as a Future Leader Sales Intern, focusing on increasing volume and promotions execution in the Frito Lay Heartland Region. Demi then joined Parker Hannifin as a Technical Sales Associate, before transitioning to the role of Mobile Account Manager, where they managed accounts and established strong customer relationships. Most recently, Demi worked at Agrisolutions, where they served as a Global Account Manager, responsible for managing a team and strengthening partnerships with OEM customers. Demi demonstrated their expertise in driving improved processes and ensuring customer success. In their current role at Agrisolutions, they serve as the Director of Sales - Hardware.

Demi Mantas completed their high school education at Amos Alonzo Stagg Highschool from 2007 to 2011. Demi then pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Purdue University from 2011 to 2015, majoring in Selling Sales Management and minoring in Communications. Demi also obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship during their time at Purdue University. Additionally, they have earned several certifications, including "Leadership Strategies for Women," "Strategies for Female Empowerment," "Difficult Situations: Solutions for Managers," "Managing in a Matrixed Organization," "Project Management Skills for Leaders," and "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence."
