Elena Kim

Elena Kim has over 20 years of professional experience. From 2008 to present, they have been the QA Team Manager at AgriTask, where they manage a distributed multi-country QA team, designs, implements, and improves company quality standards, and organizes regression, progression, and feature branch testing of an online SaaS product. Elena has also been a QA Engineer at AgriTask, where they tested Android mobile applications, J2ME mobile applications, and conducted user experience and usability testing. From 2000 to 2008, they were the Head of Preparatory Courses Department at Ural State Technical University - UPI (NTI), where they managed the courses and lectured courses of informatics. From 1995 to 2000, they were the Senior Specialist and Head of Information Analytical Center at Polytechnic Hi-School, where they organized and managed a team of engineers, technicians, and operators, and administered a LAN network of more than 50 workstations with Windows NT 4.

Elena Kim attended Ural State Technical University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a M.Eng. in Electronics, Computing, and Automation. Elena has also obtained a number of certifications from Coursera and Google, including a Google IT Support Professional Certificate, a Google IT Support, 5-course professional certificate by Google, an IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts certificate, a System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services certificate, an Advanced Styling with Responsive Design certificate, an Interactivity with JavaScript certificate, a CSS3 certificate, and an HTML5 certificate.
