Sofia Lowsky

Sofia Lowsky has over a decade of work experience in legal, tax, and business affairs. Sofia began their career in 2006 as a Marketing & Finance Intern at Autostar Vehiculos. In 2009, they became a Trainee Lawyer at Dentons, where they coordinated and managed team efforts in support of the firm's senior Partner focused on Finance and Corporate law. In 2010, they were a Business Development Intern at sano ltd. In 2012, they joined EY as a Senior Consultant, delivering quality legal and tax consulting to international clients of multiple industries. Sofia was promoted twice through a rigorous evaluation process. In 2015, they joined PwC as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for business strategy, planning and modeling, and market research to start-ups, domestic and international clients within tight deadlines and within budget. In 2018, they joined AgriTask as Director Business and Legal Affairs, where they set up the Legal Department from scratch and headed all legal matters from the Company since bootstrapped to Round A, and currently as a growth-stage start-up.

Sofia Lowsky completed a Global MBA focused on Strategy and Business Development from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2015 and 2017. Sofia also obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho between 2008 and 2013, and a BA in Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica between 2006 and 2011.
