Felipe Ballejo Fernandes

Felipe Ballejo Fernandes has been working in the logistics field since 2002. Felipe began their career as the Responsável Departamento de Exportação at Comissária Pibernat. Felipe then moved to AMERICIA LATINA LOGISTICA as an Analista Comercial in 2006. In 2007, they took on the role of Gerente de Logística at Marasca Comércio de Cereais Ltda. where they managed the logistics chain for exporting soy, wheat, corn and distributing pesticides, fertilizers and seeds. Felipe then moved to Multigrain in 2010, where they were a Gerente de Logística and Coordenador de Logística. In this role, they managed the national logistics chain for exporting grains and had responsibility for 15 employees. In 2015, they became the Gerente de Operações Rodoviárias at Algar Agro, where they managed inbound and outbound operations for soy, corn and distributing bran and oil. Felipe then moved to FERTILIZANTES TOCANTINS S/A as Gerente de Logística in 2017. In 2019, they moved to Perdue AgriBusiness LLC as Gerente de Logística. In 2020, they became Gerente Comercial at Rumo. Finally, in 2021 they became Gerente Executivo Comercial at Tmov and most recently in 2022 they became Head de Logística at Agro.Club.

Felipe Ballejo Fernandes obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2001 and 2005. Felipe then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logística Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2011 and 2012.
