Jogesh Gangadharan

Jogesh Gangadharan is an experienced operations and human resources professional, currently serving as the Head of Operations at AGRU Kunststofftechnik GmbH since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jogesh held the position of Manager for Human Resource & Operations at Blum from October 2016 to June 2021, and served as Manager of Training and Consulting at DOOR Training & Coaching from October 2014 to September 2016, focusing on human resources, training, and client servicing. Earlier experience includes Team Manager - Operations at Zenta, from August 2003 to August 2010, and Executive - MIS and Events at Britt World Wide India from January 2000 to June 2003. Jogesh is currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), having previously earned an MBA in Human Resources Development from Dr. C. V. Raman University in 2017.
