Steve McWilliams

Steve McWilliams has a strong background in business development and account management. Steve started their career in 2007 at Motown Automotive Distributing, where they managed and developed a 3 million dollar sales territory. Steve built relationships with automotive service centers, jobber parts stores, and warehouse distributors. Steve also administered the Federated Car Care Program and mentored new sales associates during their time there.

In 2018, Steve joined Dayco Products as a Business Development Manager. Steve successfully managed and built a sales territory throughout Michigan and the South Bend Indiana area. Steve established relationships with warehouse distributors, jobber stores, and installers in the automotive and heavy-duty markets. Steve also executed changeovers in various distribution channels, including traditional and national retail accounts.

From 2020 to 2021, Steve worked as an Account Manager in outside sales at TruckPro, LLC. Steve was responsible for managing accounts and building customer relationships.

In 2021, Steve joined ACI Parts Warehousing as a Business Development Manager. Steve is currently in this role, responsible for developing the business and managing key accounts.

Most recently, in 2023, Steve began working at AGS Company Automotive Solutions as a Business Development Representative for BrakeQuip LLC. Steve is involved in driving business development activities for the company.

Steve McWilliams attended Detroit Catholic Central High School from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a diploma in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Steve then went on to enroll in Eastern Michigan University from 1986 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism.
