Michael Jordan's work experience includes various positions in different companies. Michael started their career as a Sales/Branch Manager at Berrett Pest Control from 2000 to 2004, achieving significant sales results and receiving honors for their performance. Michael then worked as a Manager at Sorenson Communications from 2004 to 2006, where they successfully developed and managed an IP Relay department, increasing corporate revenue.

From 2006 to 2009, Jordan held roles at Mediconnect Global as a Business Development Executive and later as a Director of Operations-Record Retrieval and Director of Record Retrieval Operations. Michael achieved notable accomplishments such as increasing overall productivity, developing partnerships with clients, and negotiating contracts.

In 2009, they joined the American Academy of Professional Coders as a Program Director for ICD-10 until 2011. Following that, they worked at Optum as a Business Development Manager for ten years, from 2011 to 2021.

Most recently, Jordan joined AGS Health in 2021, where they held positions such as Director of Customer Success, Regional Vice President - Client Success, and currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success.

Michael Jordan attended Granger High School from 1994 to 1996. After high school, they pursued higher education at Utah State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from 1999 to 2002. Michael furthered their studies at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Education from 2002 to 2003. In 2021, they obtained a certification named National C from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
