Rajendra is currently serving as the Regional Vice President, Customer Success at AGS Health, where they are responsible for needs assessment, project planning, and implementing revenue cycle services and SaaS businesses for physician groups and hospitals. Rajendra has achieved significant revenue growth by creating effective workforce structures, building c-suite executive relationships, and securing critical deals for the organization. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Director of Client Success at Savista and nThrive, where they collaborated with C-level clients executives, developed strategic plans, ensured client satisfaction and retention, and identified business expansion opportunities. Rajendra has also worked as the Senior Manager of Solutions and Client Relations Management at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, where they focused on new business development, project transitions, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving strategic goals for clients. Rajendra started their career as a Senior Process Developer at Salient Business Solutions, where they gained experience in operations.
Rajendra Joshi holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, and Management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree from Kumaun University, Nainital. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including being a certified HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Other certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute, and multiple course certificates in areas such as Strategic Management, Designing the Organization, and Strategy Implementation.
