Aya Emam

Aya Emam is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within prominent organizations. Since January 2019, Aya has served as Group Senior Legal Counsel at Agthia Group PJSC, following a tenure as Director of Legal Affairs at BMB Group from January 2019 to January 2023. Prior positions include Legal Counsel at Property Finder in 2018, and a Senior role at Al Tamimi & Company from March 2016 to July 2018. Aya also worked as Legal Counsel at Nestlé and has experience as an Associate at Motei & Associates and as Legal Counsel at EgyptERA. Aya holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Private Law from Ain Shams University, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the same institution, completed in 2011.
