Dalia Attia

Dalia Attia currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources - Talent Management at Agthia Group PJSC since May 2024. Prior to this role, Dalia spent over 15 years at Nestlé, advancing through multiple positions including Regional Head of Talent & Learning for Nestlé MENA, where responsibilities included developing competitive people strategies and driving talent management initiatives. Dalia also held roles such as Talent & Development Manager, HR Business Partner for Support Functions, and Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, leading various organizational strategies and talent transformations. Dalia's career began at the Egyptian Drilling Company as a Payroll & Remuneration Specialist. Dalia holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics & Political Science, awarded with honors in 2007.
