Mark Crowe

Mark Crowe is currently the Customer Success Director at Aha!. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Management at VersionOne from 2003 to 2018. Mark has also held positions as Senior Product Manager at Centive and Director of Product Management at Ockham Technologies. Crowe started their career in 1991 as a Manager at Andersen Consulting.

Mark Crowe has a BBA in MIS from the University of Notre Dame. Mark also has certifications from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster. Finally, they have a certification from Aha! in Aha! Academy – Aha! Roadmaps (professional).

Mark Crowe works with Chris Swenson - User Experience, Greg White - Engineering, and Deirdre Clarke - Customer Success. Mark Crowe reports to Brian de Haaff, Co-Founder & CEO.
