Jackie Kay

Jackie Kay is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and Lead HR Business Partner at AHDB since October 2018, Jackie has previously held significant positions including HR Manager at Outcomes First Group Ltd and HR Project Manager (interim) at TNT. Jackie has also contributed as an HR Business Partner at Ingram Micro and led the HR Education Division at Priory Group, overseeing HR for a prominent provider of specialist education and children's services. Earlier roles include HR Business Manager at Sanctuary Group, Business Unit HR Manager at DHL, Regional HR Manager at Mothercare, and HR Manager at Marks & Spencer. Jackie holds a foundational education from Colbayns High School, Clacton on Sea.
