Michael Swiencki is the Vice President of Managed Services at AHEAD. Michael has over 9 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations. Michael previously worked as the Associate Director of Managed Services and Operations at Software Information Systems, LLC and as the Senior Manager of Global IT Infrastructure and Operations at Maxwell Technologies. Michael has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results. Michael is responsible for overseeing all aspects of AHEAD's Managed Services business, including PreSales, Marketing, Delivery, Operations, and P&L. Under their leadership, the team has grown to over 140 employees located across the United States. Michael has served customers in a variety of industries, including Biopharmaceutical, Education, Financial, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail, and Technology.

Michael Swiencki's educational career includes studying information technology and business management at the Community College of Rhode Island, as well as obtaining a foundation certification in ITIL v3 2011.

A direct report to Michael Swiencki is and Ryan Dunaway - Service Delivery Director. Michael Swiencki works with Peter Theodore - Chief Administrative Officer, Stephen Ayoub - President, and Jamie Nack - VP, Alliances. Michael Swiencki reports to Daniel Adamany, CEO.
