Caio Augusto Peixer da Silva has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2011. Caio Augusto began their career as a Developer at Controller Tecn e Sist de Inf Ltda in 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Progamador Web at Setti Tecnologia and a Mobile Developer at Softin Sistemas and TAG Interativa. In 2017, they became a Partner and Fullstack Developer at Fisherbook, and in 2018 they took on the roles of Tech Lead and Fullstack Developer at Ahgora. Caio Augusto also founded Bit Wizard Software & Business in 2014.

Caio Augusto Peixer da Silva completed a Técnico em Informática from Escola Técnica Tupy in 2008. Caio Augusto then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina in 2012. In 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Computer Software Engineering from UniSociesc Centro Universitário.
