Ienizle Soares Barros (Lize Soares)

Lize Soares has a diverse work experience across various industries. Ienizle started their career as a Professor, providing private tutoring to students. Ienizle then worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Santa Catarina Military Police, where they handled administrative tasks and assisted with procurement processes.

Lize also gained experience as a Researcher at CNPq, focusing on research projects. Ienizle later worked as an Intern in the Administrative Department at SecuControl GmbH, where they gained knowledge in administrative processes.

In 2018, Lize joined ELETROSUL Centrais Elétricas S.A as an Intern, where they assisted with financial analysis and support for the transmission and generation billing. Ienizle also contributed to economic and regulatory studies in the electrical sector.

Lize transitioned to the field of project management and analysis at ACIF Associação Comercial e Industrial de Florianópolis. Here, they worked as a Junior Project Analyst and later as an Intern, supporting the implementation of agile methodologies, managing ongoing projects, and conducting resource mobilization for sponsorships and public funding.

Ienizle then joined Softplan in 2021 as a Project Analyst, working on the development of a project called Pacto Floripa and implementing strategic indicators and agile methodologies.

In 2022, Lize joined Evoluum as a Junior Product Manager, responsible for user story specifications, business requirements gathering, data analysis for decision-making, agile methodology implementation, and product lifecycle management.

Currently, they are working as a Product Owner at Ahgora Sistemas, where they are involved in user story specifications, business requirement gathering, agile methodology implementation, and product backlog management for mobile and web products.

Throughout their career, Lize has demonstrated skills in project management, analysis, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.

Ienizle Soares Barros, also known as Lize Soares, has a diverse education history. Ienizle completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics, focusing on the field of Economics, from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they pursued further education, enrolling at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2020 to 2022, where they studied Economics but did not complete a specific degree. In 2020, they also participated in the Startup Booster Program at 49 educação, which focused on startups. Moving forward, they attended BBI - Business Behavior Institute from 2022 to 2023 to pursue a Junior MBA in Product Management (Gestão de Produtos).
