Haitham started their career in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at Bank of Beirut, where they worked in corporate finance. In 2010, they moved on to the Capital Market Authority, where they served as an Economic Assistant for five years. In 2015, they joined SMN Power Holding SAOG as a Financial Reporting Manager. Most recently, they worked at ahlibank, starting in 2016. Haitham held the positions of Manager, Management Accounts & Business Finance and later Senior Manager Financial Reporting.
