Korede Oluwamola

Korede Oluwamola has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career in 2009 as a Branch Operations Officer at Intercontinental Bank PLC, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they moved on to Cost Service Solution Consulting (CSSC) as a Business Advisory Consultant for a year.

In 2012, Korede joined Stanbic IBTC as a Client Service Officer for a few months before transitioning to First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. There, they held various roles, including Branch Service Officer from 2012 to 2014, Relationship Manager from 2014 to 2016, Business Analyst from 2016 to 2019, and Solutions Architect from 2019 to 2020.

Following their time at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd., Korede worked at Access Bank Plc as an Application Delivery Manager from February 2020 to September 2020. They supported critical business strategies through business analysis, solution architecture, and project management.

Korede then joined Commercial Bank in September 2020 as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they provided strategic business analysis services, identified opportunities to improve business efficiency, and delivered customer-focused solutions. They remained with Commercial Bank until May 2023.

Currently, Korede is working at ahlibank as the Lead Business Analyst, starting in June 2023.

Korede Oluwamola's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Obafemi Awolowo University, which was completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Korede obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Geophysics from Federal University of Technology Akure, which was completed from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Korede has obtained several certifications. Additionally, Korede obtained the "LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT" certification from the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) in July 2014.
