Kaushal Bhatt

Kaushal Bhatt has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Kaushal is currently the Head of Engineering - eCommerce Fulfillment Technologies at Ahold Delhaize / Peapod Digital Labs since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Leader at Relativity from June 2019 to 2020. Kaushal also served as the Manager - eCommerce Engineering at FTD Companies from May 2018 to June 2019. Before that, they were a Technology Lead at Meijer from October 2011 to December 2017. Kaushal also worked as a Technical Architect at State Farm from March 2008 to October 2011, a Senior Software Engineer at Hannaford Supermarkets from March 2007 to March 2008, and a Software Engineer at Infosys from August 2004 to March 2007. Kaushal started their career as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Apollo Tyres Ltd. from May 2003 to July 2004.

Kaushal Bhatt holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gujarat University.
