Kristina Bartellas

Kristina Bartellas serves as the Global Executive Search Manager for Ahold Delhaize since November 2022, focusing on executive staffing, succession planning, and external talent pooling for senior leadership. Prior to this role, Kristina held various positions at Kienbaum from January 2019 to October 2022, including Global Executive Search Consultant and Manager of Executive Search, managing recruitment projects for diverse roles across international companies. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Associate in Executive Search and an Area Sales Manager at HOFER KG.
