Maria Tsakopiakou

Maria Tsakopiakou is an accomplished finance and IT professional with extensive experience in SAP consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Global Finance Delivery Manager at Ahold Delhaize since August 2016, Maria has held several leadership roles, including Regional IT project lead and Team Leader of SAP CoE Finance. Maria's previous experience includes key positions at Delhaize Group as Team Leader and SAP FI/CO Consultant, and at ETHNODATA S.A. as a senior consultant and analyst, focusing on SAP FI/CO implementations and financial process optimization. Maria began their career in the accounting division at SyNET SA and contributed to quality control and training consultancy in earlier roles. Maria holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.
