Nathalie van Dongen

Nathalie van Dongen is an experienced professional in the HR and IT domains, currently serving as the Director Domain Architect HR at Ahold Delhaize since June 2020. Previously, Nathalie held various roles at Capgemini from February 2008 to July 2022, including Managing Consultant for SAP HR and Teamlead SAP HR, overseeing multiple HR and IT projects for clients. Experience also includes positions as a Product Owner at HEMA and Business Analyst roles across several organizations, focusing on workforce management and HR processes. Nathalie holds a Doctorate in Theoretical Physics from the University of Amsterdam and has completed additional management studies.
