Paul also worked at KPMG as an Executive Business Consultant, specializing in IT strategy, organizational change, and process improvement.

Paul Poels has a diverse education history. Paul obtained a Digital Marketing post doc education from Beeckestijn Business School in 2013-2014. In 2008, they completed a McKinsey Mini MBA from Kellog, Wharton. Their undergraduate studies took place at Eindhoven University of Technology from 1993-1999, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science. Prior to that, they completed the first year of their studies in Applied Physics at Delft University of Technology in 1992-1993. Paul also attended VWO - Gymnasium from 1986-1992. In addition, they recently obtained a certification in NLP from ICM opleidingen & trainingen in 2021.
