Monique Melissant

Monique Melissant's work experience includes being the Head of Industrial Engineering at Ahrend. Monique also served as the Operational Manager at Dutch IoT Solutions, where they were responsible for various tasks ranging from strategic goal setting to hands-on activities such as procurement and relationship management. At UNGA, they held the position of Head of Product Management, leading a team of product managers and overseeing production processes while mitigating risks. Monique also worked as a Product Manager at UNGA, managing loyalty campaigns and handling budgeting, project planning, communication, and logistics. Prior to that, they had a role as a Junior Product Designer at YULU Toys.

Monique Melissant pursued their higher education at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree, specializing in Product Design. During their time at the university, they focused on the field of Industrieel ontwerpen (Industrial design) / Industrieel product ontwerpen.

Furthermore, Monique Melissant has also acquired several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In September 2018, they obtained a Green belt - six sigma certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company. Additionally, in August 2017, they completed a Course in Business English C2 from the British Language Training Centre in Amsterdam. Most recently, in May 2021, they received a negotiation training certification from Nevi.
