Kaitlin Walker

Kaitlin Walker currently serves as Associate General Counsel at The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kaitlin held various positions at Legal Services of Northern Virginia from September 2017 to April 2023, including Prince William Office Managing Attorney and Senior Staff Attorney, specializing in Housing, Consumer, Elder, and Bankruptcy Law. Previous experiences include serving as an Associate Attorney at Anderson and Associates and as a Contract Attorney for PartnerJD, among other legal roles. Kaitlin's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of William and Mary.

The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI)

Over 100 Years of Leadership in Environmental Stewardship, Energy Efficiency, Performance, and Customer Satisfaction. AHRI is the trade association representing manufacturers of HVACR and water heating equipment within the global industry. AHRI’s 300+ member companies manufacture quality, efficient, and innovative residential and commercial air conditioning, space heating, water heating, and commercial refrigeration equipment and components for sale in North America and around the world, and account for more than 90 percent of HVACR and water heating residential and commercial equipment manufactured and sold in North America. AHRI advocates on behalf of its members at all levels of government, working to ensure that member’s interests are included in final drafts of legislation.
