Lexie Britton is currently working as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition at The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), representing manufacturers of HVACR and water heating equipment globally. Prior to AHRI, Lexie worked in HR & Recruiting at AHIP, Human Resources and Training at JBG SMITH, and Residential Real Estate at Camden Property Trust. Lexie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
