About you

  • You are an experienced Senior Sales & Partnerships Engineer who enjoys working with large enterprise clients. You have passion for Data, ML and AI. You embrace the challenges that come with a growing startup and appreciate the fun that accompanies it. You are driven, hard working and eager to support demanding customers. You love to be the technical contact and solve complex challenges. But you are equally adept and comfortable in commercial conversations with customers and partners.

What you will be doing

  • Be the trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer life cycle, pre- and post-sales, ensuring prospects and customers see the full value of our platform.
  • Be a strategic advisor to our technology partners from technical integration, to enablement & training, through to SQL identification and up-sell.
  • Own the whole use case life cycle from data discovery, pre- & post-processing, model training, data generation, and data consumption.
  • Contribute to business development, network with customers to drive up-sell opportunities, build joint value propositions with technology partners.
  • Develop and document best practices to knowledge share with the team.
  • Travel, as needed, to industry events, prospects and customers sites.

We are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales/Partnership Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record of contributing to successful sales and partnerships.
  • (BA/BS) in Computer Science or equivalent four-year college technical degree.
  • A solid data science skill set (Pandas, R, etc.).
  • Experience with Deep Learning and with PyTorch is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, curiosity to dig into data and find insights
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to manage customer relationships and expectations.
  • Project management certification (e.g. IPMA) is a plus.
  • Experience prospecting, networking, and partnership-building skills, with a focus on driving business development.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Must be able to navigate and blend into a high paced start-up environment.
