Luke Rogers

Luke Rogers is the current Commercial Director at Ai Build. Prior to this, they were Head of Sales at 3T Additive Manufacturing Ltd from October 2016 to April 2021. Before that, they were the BU Excellence Coordinator at Trelleborg Marine Systems from January 2012 to October 2016.

Luke has experience in developing sales targets, examining growth opportunities, and taking the lead on the overall performance of the Sales Division. Luke also has experience in coordinating and driving activities at local level with all the Excellence responsible people in our business, working with the Group Excellence leaders to ensure we are up to date with the latest initiatives being driven by HQ and reporting on all the required KPI’s for monthly and quarterly reports.

Luke Rogers has a type executive MBA in business administration and management from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Luke also has a Meng in mechancial engineering from Durham University. Additionally, they have certification from IMechE in chartered engineer, CSWIP in CSWIP 3.0 visual weld insepctor, and NACE in CIP level 1 paint inspector.

They are on a team with Michail Desyllas - Co-Founder & COO, Guy Brown - Head of R&D, and Aimee-May Graham - Digital Marketing Executive. Luke Rogers reports to Daghan Cam, Co-Founder & CEO.
