Mikayla Litt

Mikayla Litt has a diverse work experience. Mikayla began their career in 2016 as a Peer Advisor for the New Student & Family Programs at Northwestern University. In 2017, they became a Peer Mentor for the Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Department at Northwestern University, where they led tutorial sections for Fundamentals of Computer Programming I and helped students with questions regarding homework and programming concepts. In 2018, they were a Peer Facilitator for Academic Support & Learning Advancement at Northwestern University, and also held a Software Engineering Intern role at Honeywell, where they developed a web application for a Safety and Productivity Solutions product. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Target as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Technology Leadership Program participant, where they helped migrate a UI from Angular to React and created an admin tool with React and Python. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer for A.I. Insurance Inc.

Mikayla Litt attended Northwestern University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Computer Science.
