Job Summary

We’re hiring our first Account Executive.

This is a full-cycle sales role—you’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, running your own deals, and closing new business. You’ll have access to top prospecting tools, automation platforms, marketing support, and collateral—but the bulk of your revenue will come from outbound hunting.

You’ll focus on mid-market and enterprise clients, typically closing deals in the range of 20–50+ support agents per account. We’re not chasing small pilots or mom-and-pop shops. This is about identifying high-fit opportunities and running a thoughtful, high-impact sales process.

If you’re a self-sufficient closer who wants to own the sales motion, work directly with the founders, and lay the groundwork for a future team—this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: cold outreach, qualification, pitching, and closing
  • Build and manage your own outbound pipeline using Apollo, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email cadences
  • Work with marketing to run campaigns and sharpen messaging
  • Respond to and close inbound leads when they come in (but outbound will be your bread and butter)
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and detailed records in the CRM
  • Act as the face of Ethos to new prospects and represent us with confidence, professionalism, and clarity

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in a startup, agency, or service environment
  • Proven ability to source and close your own deals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Comfortable in a remote, self-directed environment
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and Office 365 (Microsoft)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience selling CX, BPO, or customer support outsourcing
  • Familiarity with the SaaS, eCommerce, or startup landscape
  • Prior exposure to high-growth, early-stage companies
  • Bonus: experience working in or with the Philippines
