Arthur Hernandez

Arthur Hernandez is an accomplished Development and Marketing professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Development & Marketing Director at Americans for Immigrant Justice since August 2021, Arthur has previously held similar leadership roles, including Director of Relationships & Development at The WOW Center Miami and Director of Development and Communications at A Chance In Life. Notably, Arthur has a strong background in major gifts fundraising from positions at SFK - Success for Kids and United Way of Miami-Dade, where contributions to strategic planning and significant fundraising efforts were substantial. With earlier experience as Vice President of Development at the Adrienne Arsht Center and Vice President Major Gifts at United Way, Arthur has consistently demonstrated proficiency in securing significant contributions, managing relationships, and executing successful fundraising initiatives. Arthur holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Miami Dade College.
