Jared Janssen

Jared Janssen is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success - Americas and General Manager, Key Accounts - Americas at AI-Media since May 2021. In this role, Jared is responsible for developing and maintaining customer success engagements, managing client relationships, and aligning sales strategies across various verticals. Prior to AI-Media, Jared held the position of Director of Sales & Operations at Caption IT, LLC from November 2010 to May 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing sales functions, developing new business partnerships, and managing internal captioning operations. Jared holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Entrepreneurship from the Lubar College of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in 2009.
