Zi Yi Ker

Zi Yi Ker has had a varied and impressive work experience. In 2021, they have been working with Ai Palette as a Junior Data Scientist and a Data Science Intern. Zi Yi has also been working with SGInnovate as a Summation Apprenticeship since 2021. In 2020, they worked with the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Singapore (MSF) as a CPS Data & Tech, where they spearheaded a forecasting model in R, webscrapped for additional online data, and used NLP techniques such as Tokenization and Sentiment Analysis. Zi Yi also worked with Shopee as a Cross Border eCommerce - Shopee International Platform (Local Market), where they created and optimized SQL queries, automated the generation of reports, and transformed and cleaned extracted data. In 2019, they worked with Nielsen as an Analytic Consulting - Marketing Effectiveness. In 2017, they worked with Singapore Management University as a Student Assistant. Finally, in 2015, they worked with Central Provident Fund Board as a Customer Service Staff.

Zi Yi Ker attended Singapore Management University from 2017 to 2021 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Zi Yi then attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 2022 to 2025 and obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera.
