Jayceeka Khandelwal

Jayceeka Khandelwal is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic workforce services, currently serving as General Manager of Workforce Services at AIA Australia since April 2015. Jayceeka has held multiple roles within AIA, including Head of Workforce Services, Head of People & Culture Strategy and Transformation, and Head of People Services, focusing on P&C strategy development, integration initiatives, and operational efficiency. Prior to AIA, Jayceeka held HR advisor positions at ANL & CMA CGM and Central Bayside Community Health Services, and gained initial experience as an HR intern at Intel Corporation. Jayceeka holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Engineering from SGSITS.
