Alina Saprykina

Alina Saprykina has a diverse work experience in HR and recruitment. Alina worked as an HR-manager at OSA Hybrid Platform (OSA HP) starting from 2018. Prior to that, they had roles at ANKOR, where they were a Junior Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT, finance, and telecom areas. In this role, they were responsible for the full cycle of searching and selecting candidates for middle and top-level positions. Alina also worked as a Recruitment Analyst at ANKOR, where they continued to search and select candidates for IT, telecom, and finance positions. Before joining ANKOR, they gained experience as a Trainee at Marksman Recruitment Solutions.
