Amena D. Wu

Amena D. Wu has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Insurance Agent Senior Manager at AIA since March 2016. Prior to this role, Amena held various positions at FESCO Jiangsu from December 2007 to October 2014, including Customer Service Dept. Manager and Sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing and training the BD team and designing KPI performance evaluations. Amena was recognized as the Top Salesperson at FESCO Jiangsu for both 2009 and 2010. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager for the National Olympic Community Sailing Project at the Shanghai Yacht Club & Resort, and as a Regional Representative for the same project with the China Yachting Business Partnership. Amena holds a Master of Science in Management Sciences & Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Management from Qingdao University.
