Le Van has a strong background in HR and payroll services, with experience in various companies such as AIA Vietnam, TMF Group, Le & Associates, Talentnet Corporation, Meta Singapore Trading, and Galaxy Studio. With a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the Economic University in Ho Chi Minh City, Le has held roles such as HR Manager, Senior Consultant, and Senior Manager in handling HR policies, talent acquisition, payroll, and employee relations. Currently serving as Senior Lead in People Advisory at AIA Vietnam, Le has demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, succession planning, and HR policy guidance.
